Infunat Red tea is an infusion made using red tea leaves to be enjoyed at breakfast, mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
Red tea, also known as Pu Erh, was originally found in China and boasts a number of benefits, although the most commonly acknowledged is related to bowel care. Drinking one cup of red tea per day acts as a diuretic, promoting digestion after meals and helping to control blood cholesterol.
Directions
Introduce one bag of tea into a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 hot cups per day. If you prefer, you can add ice in summer to drink chilled.
