1. General

All purchases made at Naturhouse are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By purchasing products, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Returns & Exchanges

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, we refund the amount due, including standard delivery where required, rather than requiring you to accept store credit. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. The withdrawal right does not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. These exceptions do not remove your rights if a product is defective or not as described. See our Refund policy for cancellation and return instructions.

For purchases made in store, our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. This does not limit statutory rights.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your purchase details when you discover the problem.

We provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law and pay the necessary return costs for defective goods. Store credit is not imposed in place of a statutory remedy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Health & Product Disclaimer

Naturhouse products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers are responsible for following product instructions and consulting a healthcare professional if necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

Naturhouse shall not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to medical advice.

7. Promotions & Offers

Special offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

9. Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights under Maltese consumer protection law.
