1. General

All purchases made at Naturhouse are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By purchasing products, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process. Please note that for all eligible returns, Naturhouse will apply store credit only. Due to health and safety regulations, food supplements, food products, and hygiene-related items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they are found to be faulty. Naturhouse reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these specific criteria.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify the store within 48 hours of purchase.

Following verification of the fault, Naturhouse may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, a refund, or store credit

5. Health & Product Disclaimer

Naturhouse products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers are responsible for following product instructions and consulting a healthcare professional if necessary.


6. Limitation of Liability

Naturhouse shall not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to medical advice.

7. Promotions & Offers

Special offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

9. Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights under Maltese consumer protection law.
