Omega-3 (EPA and DHA)
Found naturally in oily fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
Plant sterols and garlic
Plant sterols are naturally occurring substances found in plants, while garlic is a familiar botanical ingredient with a long history of traditional use. Together, they complement the omega-3 oils in the Arteki Plus formula.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Directions
Take three capsules per day, one with each main meal, accompanied by a glass of water.
