Naturhouse Slimbel Snack apple flavor bars are bars made from dairy proteins.
These energy bars have a very complete nutritional profile, providing us with a high content of high biological value proteins, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Regarding minerals, this bar provides us with calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, iodine, zinc, potassium, manganese, copper and selenium.
As for vitamins, it provides vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin.
These are apple-flavored protein bars that can be consumed as meal replacements or as a quick, healthy and nutritious snack that requires no preparation and can be taken anywhere.
If used as a meal replacement, 2 bars would be equivalent to one meal, while if consumed occasionally we do not recommend exceeding one unit.
In addition, it is important to maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
How to use
Eat two bars as a meal replacement, or one bar after training or as a snack. Drink plenty of water with your meal.
