Personalised food & lifestyle guidance

Nutrition Support Through Menopause in Malta

Perimenopause and menopause can bring changes to your routine, appetite and how you feel in your body. You do not need to navigate your food choices alone. Naturhouse offers practical, personal guidance that starts with listening to you.

How we work together

Support shaped around your everyday life

At your free first consultation, a Naturhouse Nutrition Specialist takes time to understand your goals, current habits, food preferences and daily routine. Together, you can discuss a practical personalised food plan, with balanced meals that are realistic for you.

Regular follow-up consultations are also free. They give you space to review what is working, ask questions and adjust your plan as your needs change. There is no promise of a particular result, and you do not need to buy a product to ask for guidance.

Food and lifestyle guidance can help you plan meals and develop habits you can maintain. It cannot diagnose or treat menopause, cure symptoms or replace care from a doctor.

Your first appointment

What to expect

01

A conversation first

Share what has changed, what matters to you and what eating well looks like in your day-to-day life. You can bring questions or mention any food preferences.

02

A practical food plan

Discuss meal ideas, suitable protein and fibre-rich foods, and a rhythm that fits your routine. The plan is personalised, not a one-size-fits-all menopause diet.

03

Ongoing support

Return for free regular follow-ups to review your experience and adapt the plan as needed. Your first consultation is approximately 40 minutes; follow-ups are approximately 15 minutes.

Questions people ask

Finding an approach that fits

Can nutrition support help with weight changes during menopause?

Weight and body shape may change for several reasons during midlife. We can help you look at eating patterns and build manageable habits around your goals, without promising a particular weight outcome. Sudden or unexplained changes should be discussed with a doctor.

Do I need a special menopause diet?

There is no single food plan that suits everyone. We start with balanced meals and adapt them to your routine, preferences and circumstances rather than asking you to follow a rigid menu.

What about protein and fibre?

Including suitable protein foods and fibre-rich foods such as vegetables, fruit, pulses and whole grains is a practical starting point. We can discuss how to make these choices work in meals you actually enjoy. If you have a medical condition or dietary restrictions, seek advice from your doctor about what is appropriate for you.

Can the plan accommodate my food preferences?

Yes. Tell us about foods you enjoy or avoid, your schedule and any practical barriers. Your plan should fit your life rather than the other way around.

When should I speak to a doctor?

If you are concerned about symptoms, have unusual or persistent bleeding, experience sudden or unexplained weight changes, or symptoms affect your daily life, speak to a doctor. Naturhouse cannot diagnose or treat menopause or replace medical assessment.

Let's talk about what support would suit you

Your first consultation and regular follow-ups are free. Tell us about your goals and preferences, and we'll discuss a practical next step together.

Naturhouse provides food and lifestyle guidance. We do not diagnose or treat menopause, and our consultations are not a substitute for medical care. Speak with a doctor about symptoms or health concerns.
