Levanat Instant is a herbal tea powder containing artichoke-leaf extract that is easily diluted in hot or cold water, recommended for any time of the year. Its bitter flavour is due to its artichoke content (Cynara scolymus), which has renowned hepatoprotective, purifying and digestive properties.
Artichoke contains chlorogenic acid which has a lipolytic (or fat burning) effect and cynarin, which helps with the production of bile, improving the emulsification of fat. Regulates blood sugar and cholesterol.
Directions
Dissolve one heaped teaspoon of Levanat Instant in a cup of hot water. If you prefer to drink it cold, add ice. Drink two cups over the course of the day. Add a dash of lemon juice to taste.
