Wheat bran (64%) with pleasant sweet taste of apple, ideal for blending with skimmed milk or natural skimmed yoghurt for breakfast, as a dessert or at specific moments of uncontrolled anxiety. Wheat bran is complemented by the protein intake of whey and minerals with calcium and selenium. Redunat fibre nourishes and fulfils other important and varied functions.
Wheat bran may help generate a feeling of gastric fullness due to its high insoluble fibre content, which increases in size when hydrated. It also may help fight constipation and eliminate fats, sugars and cholesterol, the latter thanks to the effect of both insoluble and soluble fibres.
Redunat fibre also contains the important contribution of whey protein. This protein is deemed to be of high quality and capable of quick digestion and may help with the relatively quick increase of the concentration of available amino acids in blood, which are essential for multiple functions in the body. It also provides calcium, a basic mineral in muscle contraction, nerve impulse and the protection of the osseous system, as well as selenium, a powerful antioxidant mineral that protects cells from oxidative stress.

Directions
Take two to six tablespoons daily, adding two tablespoons of skimmed milk or in skimmed yogurt
It is recommended to immediately drink a glass of water or an infusion to properly hydrate the fibre.
