Senna and buckthorn: Traditionally used for short-term relief of occasional constipation by encouraging bowel movement.
Liquorice: Traditionally used to soothe the digestive tract and support digestive comfort.

Directions: Infuse 1 teabag in 250 ml of simmering water for 5 minutes. Drink 1 cup per day.
