Cassia angustifolia or senna, is a plant renowned for its laxative effect.
Rahmnus frangula, or alder, with its active laxative ingredients kick in when they reach the large intestine.
The liquorice and aniseed have aperitif, carminative and digestive properties.
Directions
Place one bag in 200-250 ml of simmering water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink 1 or 2 hot cups per day.
