Oat and wheat bran: Provide a high-fibre cereal base that supports regular digestion and helps make breakfast more satisfying.
Inulin: A prebiotic fibre that helps nourish beneficial gut bacteria.
CLA-rich safflower oil: Supplies conjugated linoleic acid, a naturally occurring type of fatty acid.
Vitamins and iron: Help support normal energy metabolism, with iron also helping reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Directions: Add 30 g—approximately 6 tablespoons—to milk or another suitable breakfast food.
