Strawberry: Provides the jam's bright fruit flavour and naturally occurring colourful plant compounds.
Pectin: A fruit-derived soluble fibre that creates the familiar smooth, spreadable texture.
Directions: Enjoy approximately 2 spoonfuls on toast, or mix into soft cheese or natural yoghurt.
Full ingredients: Strawberry, fructose, water, pectin, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sucralose and colour E120.
