Minivat is a food supplement formulated based on bromelain or bromelain. This substance present in pineapple has positive effects on health especially on the digestive system. Bromelain is a set of natural digestive enzymes that are extracted from the stem and fruit of the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus) which belongs to the Bromeliad family. This enzyme stands out mainly for its digestive, diuretic, anti-inflammatory effect and helps improve circulation.
Bromelain has a proteolytic activity in the digestive tract, which is capable of ""breaking"" protein molecules, leaving the free amino acids that form them, facilitating their digestion. It also has antimicrobial properties helping to eliminate pathogens and parasites inside the intestine.
It is recommended as a complement to a weight control regimen, since improves digestion and suppress appetite.
