Pineapple: Naturally associated with bromelain, enzymes that help break down dietary protein.
Artichoke: Traditionally used to support digestion, particularly after richer meals, and normal liver function.
Fennel: Helps ease gas and bloating and supports comfortable digestion.
Directions: Take 4 capsules per day: 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner, with 1–2 glasses of water.
