Collagen is one of the main components of cartilage, tendons, bones (90%), and hair (70%). It provides strength, elasticity, and integrity to various parts of the body.
Biotin, also known as Vit. H or Vit. B7, is a type of B-complex vitamin that is essential for energy production and the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones and cartilage.
How to use
Take 4 capsules a day, preferably 2 before breakfast and 2 in the evening before dinner, with a glass of water or natural fruit juice.
