Redunat Chromium & Zinc combines chromium, zinc, brewer’s yeast, watercress, bean pods and asparagus. Its capsule format is designed to complement balanced nutrition and normal macronutrient metabolism.
Chromium: Contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Zinc: Supports normal carbohydrate metabolism and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Brewer’s yeast: A traditional nutritional ingredient naturally containing a range of useful compounds.
Watercress: A leafy botanical naturally containing vitamins and plant compounds.
Bean pods: A plant ingredient providing naturally occurring fibre.
Asparagus: A familiar vegetable traditionally included in fluid-balance formulas.
Directions: Take two capsules per day: one before lunch and one before dinner, accompanied by a large glass of water.
Full ingredients: Brewer’s yeast 204 mg per daily dose, watercress (Nasturtium officinale) 200 mg, bean pods (Phaseolus vulgaris) 200 mg, capsule shell (gelatine, water and colours E172 and E133), asparagus powder (Asparagus officinalis) 50 mg, zinc sulphate monohydrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and chromium chloride hexahydrate. Provides 10 mg zinc and 25 µg chromium.
